Easy to use HRIS
We got Tellent mostly for the HRIS and Employee Database. It was pretty easy to get our staff data in there. I'm not super techy but I figured it out. The Time Off Management part works fine too, everyone can put in their requests without much fuss. It just works, you know?
Tellent is fantastic!
Oh my goodness, Tellent is absolutely fantastic! We just implemented the Employee Onboarding module and it has made such a difference. Seriously, it's so smooth and efficient, new hires are getting through everything so quickly. I was a bit worried about switching systems, but this was a breeze. I'm so glad we went with them. I'm already looking forward to exploring the 360 Degree Feedback next. It's truly streamlined our HR processes!
Reliable for HR Analytics
I've used Tellent for a while now, primarily for their HR Analytics. It's consistently good. This last time, I was pulling some data on employee turnover, and it was just as straightforward as previous times. The interface is familiar, and I know where everything is. It makes my job a lot easier, knowing I can depend on it for accurate reporting every quarter. No surprises, which is what I need.
Good experience overall
We signed up for the Talent Acquisition Suite, including the Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Sourcing. The initial setup took a bit longer than I expected, maybe around two weeks to get everything configured with our existing job boards. But the support team was responsive; I had a few questions about integrating it with our careers site, and they walked me through it on a call. Delivery isn't really a thing for software, but access was granted immediately after payment. The system itself is fairly intuitive. We've used it to manage a few hiring rounds now, and the Collaborative Hiring feature has been really helpful for our team to share notes. The Performance Management features, specifically Goal Tracking, we're just starting to use, and it seems promising. It's a solid platform.
